Meet the 'Radleys'!

Our school is built upon the desire to 'Inspire Learning' and it is through five key areas that this is desire is borne.  Showing Excitement, Co-operation, Determination, Friendship and Happiness in their learning often leads to children being awarded a 'Radley Award' during the Monday celebration assembly.  Collecting all five Radleys over the course of the academic year results in receiving of the prestigious 'Golden Radley'.  This is a highly sought after yet rare award to receive and only a handful of children have received it to date.

Using the 'Radley Code' as our behaviour code ensures that all children tend to make the right behaviour choices and understand what they can do should they make mistakes with their behaviour.  The use of positive reinforcement with our children helps them understand their choices and how their actions can affect one another.

'SEAL' in school

Building up children's self esteem is a high priority for us as once they are happy and confident their attitude to learning and desire to find out more improves and increases dramatically.  Our staff are skilled in nurturing the very best out of all our children and this together with Circle Time and Drop ins ensures that our children are safe, happy and confident in their learning environment.
