Darley School is in the village of Darley, North Yorkshire. We are a rural school, situated within Nidderdale, an  Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Darley is approximately 10 miles west of Harrogate, easily reached along the A59 main road.

We serve children from the village of Darley and outlying areas. Children also come to Darley School from the nearby Menwith Hill RAF base. After Year 6, our children usually transfer to secondary schools in Pateley Bridge or Harrogate.

Darley village lies along the River Nidd. Further up the dale is the town of Pateley Bridge, the location of one of our local secondary schools. The National Trust properties of Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey are close by, along with the many attractions within Harrogate, and the historic cities of Ripon and York.
